Members are drawn from the public service, academia, businesses, and the not-for-profit sector. We deliver over 350 seminars, events, and professional development training programs annually. For more information visit . Who we are looking for We are seeking a dynamic Training Facilitator/s to join our existing team of course facilitators. The role will entail delivering engaging, effective training sessions for up to 20 participants per session. The role includes delivering established workshops online and face to face, and ensuring an interactive and supportive learning environment. You will be working closely with the IPAA WA Training team, receiving high levels of support to enable the successful execution of the training sessions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to promote participation and collaboration. The ideal candidate/s will have experience in training delivery and preparation. Please apply if you are interested in delivering one or both of the following courses: Writing Ministerial Letters and Briefings Writing Skills for Government General Selection Criteria Respect for the contribution of the public sector to the community Commitment to public sector excellence Inclusive approach to training and facilitation Flexible and responsive approach to meet IPAA and client requirements Commitment to continuous improvement Additional Selection Criteria for the Writing Ministerial Letters and Briefings Course Extensive experience in the preparation of ministerial correspondence Extensive experience in the preparation of ministerial briefings Experience in the development of new training material to meet client requirements Experience in delivering training programs and/or facilitation of group discussions in-person and online Ability to assist participants to apply procedural requirements to real life situations Knowledge of English grammar and style Certificate IV in Training and Assessment would be well-regarded but is not essential Additional Selection Criteria for the Writing Skills for Government Course Extensive experience in the preparation of a wide range of government writing including reports, correspondence, briefings, parliamentary questions Experience in the development of new training material to meet client requirements Experience in delivering training programs and/or facilitation of group discussions in-person and online Ability to assist participants to apply procedural requirements to real life situations Excellent knowledge of English composition, grammar and style Certificate IV in Training and Assessment would be well-regarded but is not essential Application Instructions Anticipated start date is as soon as possible.
