They have a great opportunity for a Training Implementation Officer for a TechnologyOne / OneCouncil implementation project. 3 months initial contract starting ASAP, potential for extensions Hourly rate of $59.58 plus super Hybrid work from home, minimum 2 days per week onsite The role As the One Council Training Implementation Officer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing a comprehensive training program to support the OneCouncil initiative. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Training Program Development: Design and align training for OneCouncil, applying the ADDIE model Ensure content is engaging, up-to-date, and aligned with best practices Work closely with relevant Project teams and subject matter experts to conduct training needs assessments to identify learning gaps and develop training solutions to meet specific needs and learning styles Collaborate with teams to assess needs and create tailored solutions Act as a point of contact for training information and support Experience in learning and development, especially in system and transformation projects Experience using Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Camtasia Training Delivery and Facilitation: Coordinate and facilitate training across various formats (e-learning, virtual, blended) Lead Train the Trainer sessions, ensuring effective knowledge transfer Monitor training outcomes, evaluate effectiveness, and make adjustments Experience in system change and transformation initiatives Support change management and ensure training materials are accessible About you To be successful in this role you will need: Certificate IV Workplace Training and Assessment or a similar professional qualification Demonstrated experience in leading the development and successful implementation of training programs for an IT Transformation Program, such as ERP or CRM implementation Experience with OneCouncil or TechOne will be highly regarded Experience in change management within a government or public sector environment Knowledge and experience in developing plans based on recommendations and requirements, providing necessary guidance to the project Expertise in training delivery (e.g., Train the Trainer, hybrid models) and evaluation for successful outcomes Experience in analysing data from multiple sources to conduct training needs analysis and make recommendations Effective written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts in a clear and concise manner Strong and engaging facilitation skills in presenting and delivering coaching and training to large groups Please note that if successful, you will need to undergo a police check, and hold a valid employee grade Working With Children Check (WWCC).
