Triniti have been engaged by a fantastic Not-for-Profit organisation to source an experienced Training Lead to work on a HCM enterprise-wide system implementation. The role will support the organisation's implementation of a new SAP Successfactors system. In this critical role, you will work closely with leadership and stakeholders to support the effective delivery of business goals.Responsibilities: Develop Training Materials including course outlines, conceptual presentations, business process procedures, eLearning modules for users. Develop end user support materials, such as quick reference guides and PowerPoint presentations, FAQs, Videos. Deliver/Lead Training sessions for users throughout the business. Ensure training content is thorough and of the best quality which is easily attainable, valid and reliable. Work closely with and support Change Management teams. Training Delivery: Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions tailored to different learner profiles (groups/one on one). Conduct post-training support sessions, ensuring smooth system implementation and addressing any performance gaps or challenges post-training. Requirements: Strong background as an Instructional Designer/Trainer. Ideally you will have some experience with HRIS systems, such as Successfactors or Workday. Experience delivering training both in-person and virtually, with the ability to adapt delivery style to suit different learner needs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
