Job Description

Work in a leading not-for-profit organisation Work with organisations to improve outcomes for their vulnerable customers Permanent full time position based in Melbourne CBD Hybrid work arrangements – combination of WFH and on site Your new role You will design and facilitate training, run focus groups with consumers, manage contracts, projects, stakeholder relations and business development opportunities as well as provide consultancy advice and support to key partner organisations across a range of industries with the focus of reducing hardship of vulnerable consumers. You will also research industry and social trends, as well as engage with Uniting consumer clients and frontline support programs to ensure that the contemporary lived experience of vulnerable Australians continually informs the basis of our work across consultancy, training, and advocacy. You will also have the scope to identify and develop new training and consultancy initiatives that align with our strategic objectives. About your team Uniting Social Impact Consulting partners with financial services providers, energy and utilities, telcos, regulators, and policy makers to reduce financial hardship. We are a team of experienced industry consultants and trainers working with partner organisations to reduce their vulnerable customers' financial and social hardship.
