Work in a leading not-for-profit organisation Work with organisations to improve outcomes for their vulnerable customers Permanent full time position based in Melbourne CBD Hybrid work arrangements – combination of WFH and on site Your new role You will design and facilitate training, run focus groups with consumers, manage contracts, projects, stakeholder relations and business development opportunities as well as provide consultancy advice and support to key partner organisations across a range of industries with the focus of reducing hardship of vulnerable consumers. You will also research industry and social trends, as well as engage with Uniting consumer clients and frontline support programs to ensure that the contemporary lived experience of vulnerable Australians continually informs the basis of our work across consultancy, training, and advocacy. You will also have the scope to identify and develop new training and consultancy initiatives that align with our strategic objectives. About your team Uniting Social Impact Consulting partners with financial services providers, energy and utilities, telcos, regulators, and policy makers to reduce financial hardship. We are a team of experienced industry consultants and trainers working with partner organisations to reduce their vulnerable customers' financial and social hardship. In addition to your salary of $115k + super , you can access the following: An extra 17.5% on top of your fortnightly pay when you take paid annual leave Ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits which can be used for living expenses such as rent, groceries, bills, clothing, and much more Up to 10 weeks paid parental leave 10% discount for eligible employees on the childcare subsidy gap fee when using a Uniting Early Learning Service Access training and development opportunities to help you grow Your skills and experience You will bring with you: Strong experience in training design and facilitation within a corporate, government, or community services environment Demonstrated success in taking a consumer-centred approach to the design and delivery of training programs Experience developing methods for evaluating training and other programs, including feedback from clients and consumers Experience in consulting; conducting diagnostic reviews of policies/procedures, identifying gaps and making recommendations Demonstrated success in relationship management in business, government, or community sectors Proven communication and high-level report writing skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with people from diverse backgrounds How to apply Click APPLY to submit your interest.
