Job Description
Journey Early Learning is seeking an experienced Training and Events Coordinator to join our growing team. In this highly critical role, you will be responsible for driving the effectiveness and efficiency of the Pedagogical Strategy team.About the role: Reporting to the Head of Pedagogical Strategy, your main focus will be to ensure high-quality coordination and execution of events and training initiatives, supporting Journey’s commitment to professional growth, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of outstanding outcomes for children.Key Responsibilities: Administration support across the Pedagogical team Event and Training Session Coordination Manage logistics for in-person and virtual training events Venue and travel management Data and Records Management Update and manage learning management systems Expense Management Comprehensive reporting Oversee and maintain project boards ensuring timelines are met Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives Skills and experience: Previous administration and event management experience at a high level Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and manage logistics for events Experience in scheduling, materials preparation, and participant communication Proven experience in record and data management, including high level reporting Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build strong working relationships Highly proficient computer skills, including MS Office suite Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask Early Years experience highly advantageous What we offer: Our people are at the heart of our success and in shaping our children’s future.
