Training and Resource Coordinator Future Students Team Continuing, full-time $87,051 to $95,685 per annum (HEO6) Plus 17% employer superannuation Salary packaging options are available 5 weeks annual leave plus Christmas week shutdown, per annum Applicants must have appropriate Australian work rights for the duration of this position (UNE will not provide sponsorship for this position) About the role The University of New England is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Training and Resource Coordinator to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality training and resources to support the professional development of our staff across the Armidale campus. About you To be successful in this role, you will have: Demonstrated experience in a similar training or resource coordination role, ideally within a higher education or large organisation setting Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences Strong organisational and project management abilities, with a keen eye for detail Proficiency in developing a wide range of training resources, including presentations, interactive workshops and online modules Familiarity with adult learning principles and proven success in designing effective training solutions Tertiary qualifications in education, training or a related field are highly desirable To Apply Submit your application through and refer to vacancy ref 225002.
