About the Role We are looking for a passionate Training and Support Officer to join our team on a casual basis. You'll bring a person-centered approach in working alongside people with disability who have secured employment and need on-the-job support to build role specific skills. You'll collaborate with other team members to ensure the success of our participants and provide weekly reports demonstrating workplace support provided. Skills and Experience Experience in supporting people with disability Training experience Implement training structures to assist participants complete tasks Implementing and updating individual support plans and duty statements Utilise communication strategies to meet clients' and participants' needs and communication styles A willingness to undertake continuous learning Flexible, friendly, patient, reliable, and enthusiastic Ability to work in a team environment Solutions focused How EPIC rewards your hard work Accelerate your career further through ongoing learning and developmental opportunities.
