Transaction Monitoring & Reporting Team Lead You will be joining an established bank as the Transaction Monitoring & Reporting Team Lead within a dynamic and growing team with a strong focus on development and progression, whilst on a fixed term contract. About the Company A leading foreign bank based in Sydney with a strong company focus on development, support and flexibility. About the role: Responsibilities include: Managing the Transaction Monitoring and Reporting team and building ML/TR risk culture. Leading risk review to identify and mitigate ML/TR risks. Updating & maintaining procedures to improve operations. Preparing reports to share financial crime and SMR insights with stakeholders. Reporting at risk & compliance forums and AML committees. Driving improvements to transaction analysis and reporting process. About you: You have: Degree/Postgraduate in Banking/Accounting or related field. 7+ years in banking, 5+ years in AML/TM, with team management. Strong understanding of FCC, financial products, and banking processes. Diligent, strong leadership, and people management. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Strong risk-oriented mindset with an ability to implement effective changes. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
