As the Account Manager you will collaborate with our frontline bankers and Transaction Banking sales team to deliver exceptional outcomes for our valued clients in the NAB Business and Private Bank. The Transactional Banking Account Manager will support our customers with collecting money, managing money and making payments securely and efficiently. They will improve cash-flow, business efficiency and navigate an increasingly complex, digitised and integrated business environment. Key Responsibilities: Grow Customer Advocacy by building trust and delivering service that is valued. Facility Reviews : Conduct reviews of transactional banking facilities to ensure they align with customer needs and are the most suitable solutions available. Pricing Analysis : Analyse pricing structures to identify cost-saving opportunities for clients while ensuring profitability for the business. Market Insights : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes. Proactively Manage Risk and Compliance : Ensure all recommendations and solutions adhere to regulatory requirements, company policies, and escalate events, issues, and breaches as they are identified. Performance Improvement : Gather client feedback and make necessary adjustments to optimise outcomes. Team Collaboration : Work closely with colleagues and internal stakeholders, including product and sales teams, to deliver first class client experiences. What We're Looking For: Customer obsession. Proven experience in transactional banking /Business Bank Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining quality relationships with our business customers. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights. Exceptional communication and relationship management skills. A results-driven mindset with a focus on client satisfaction. Knowledge of banking products, pricing structures, and market trends. Relevant qualifications in finance, banking, or a related field (preferred). Ability to work with complexity and ambiguity. NAB, invested in you.
