Transformation Business Analyst & Change Manager About the role We are looking for a Transformation Business Analyst & Organisational Change Manager to assess, review and document the current state and future state position for various transformational change initiatives being implemented across the Firm and deliver organisational change management outcomes for these initiatives using the Firm’s established change management approach and framework. About the team The Chief Transformation Office (CTO) is responsible for identifying, documenting and implementing transformational change and innovation across the Firm to realise our strategic goals. The CTO function sits in the broader Shared Services Group that is accountable for the smooth and efficient management and operations of the Firm. About you Our ideal candidate will possess: Superior Business Analysis skills. Strong Organisational Change Management implementation skills. Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
