The Group is guided every day by its purpose of unleashing human energy through technology for an inclusive and sustainable future.Let’s talk about the roles and responsibilities: We are hiring a Transformation Manager - IP Networks to lead and implement process improvements within the IP Network Engineering team . This role will focus on aligning stakeholders, defining the future mode of operations, and driving seamless transformation to enhance operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic process transformation plan based on Capgemini’s recommendations for the IP Network Engineering team . Engage and align IP network stakeholders , ensuring consensus on process change methodologies and implementation strategies. Define, document, and implement service catalog items that support the future operating model . Establish and communicate a clear Future Mode of Operations (FMO) framework. Lead and support the implementation of FMO , ensuring smooth adoption and operational continuity. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in process transformation, change management, and operational improvements . Strong understanding of IP Network Engineering operations and workflows . Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels. Experience in defining and deploying service catalogs and process frameworks. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR) or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) . Experience in telecommunications, network engineering, or related industries . Familiarity with Capgemini methodologies and frameworks . Let's talk about what's in it for you!
