Location: Adelaide, South Australia OR New South Wales About the Role Are you an experienced leader with a passion for large-scale energy infrastructure projects? We are seeking a Manager - Transmission Lines to drive excellence in project planning, design management, and interface coordination. Reporting to the senior leadership, you will provide strategic direction to the engineering team, oversee the technical management of overhead transmission line design, and ensure seamless project execution. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership in project planning, design management, and interface coordination for large-scale transmission line projects. Deliver specialised engineering services, overseeing the design, maintenance, construction loading assessments, and emergency restoration of overhead transmission lines. Influence engineering delivery methodologies, ensuring efficient execution and technical excellence. Act as a key client interface, fostering strong relationships and ensuring exceptional communication. Travel as needed to NSW to support the team and conduct monthly construction site visits. About You You are a highly skilled Transmission Lines Manager with a proven track record in large-scale utility energy projects. You possess exceptional communication skills and the vision to shape engineering execution. To be successful in this role, you will have: 10+ years of experience in the energy or construction industry. Experience managing engineering and design teams for projects exceeding $100M . A background in utility-scale energy infrastructure . Expertise in transmission lines, substations, switchgear, HV systems, and grid infrastructure . Experience working with large utilities and EPC companies. A strong engineering foundation in substations, transmission lines, switchgear, and HV systems . What's on Offer?
