In this role, you will be responsible for the hedging of fixed rate lending, deposit products and monitoring IRRBB metrics against limits as well as quantitative modelling of behavioural assumptions related to banking products. Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Group Treasury teams to drive business outcomes. Analyse data and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making. Build models and tools to identify opportunities for performance improvement. What You'll Bring: A degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a quantitative discipline. Knowledge of financial markets, banking products, and treasury concepts such as balance sheet management and interest rate risk. Strong skills in data analytics, modelling, and problem-solving. Experience with SQL and programming languages like Python or R (highly desirable). Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
