Truck Driver (Truck-Mounted EWP) and Labourer ACM EWP Group specialises in the design, manufacture, and servicing of truck-mounted elevated work platforms (EWPs). We are looking for a reliable Truck Driver and Labourer to transport EWPs across Australia and assist in our servicing workshop. This role offers flexible employment options: Full-time: Work in the servicing department when not driving. Part-time (Casual): Drive only when required, sometimes on short/same day notice due to customer demands. Key Responsibilities: Operate and drive truck-mounted EWPs to and from customer locations across Australia (mainly SA and NSW). Take truck-mounted EWPs for vehicle registration and complete all required paperwork. Perform general labour duties, including EWP setup, inspections, maintenance, and cleaning in the servicing workshop. Assist in the assembly and disassembly of truck-mounted EWP components during inspections and rebuilds. Coordinate with office staff to order, organise, and prepare spare parts for customer deliveries. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring tools and equipment are stored correctly. Follow all safety regulations and company policies while on-site and on the road. Work closely with the service and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries and efficient workflow. Requirements & Qualifications: Valid Heavy Rigid (HR) or Heavy Combination (HC) License (as required for EWP transport). High-Risk Work License - WP ticket (for EWP operation) or willingness to obtain one. Prior experience driving and operating truck-mounted EWPs (preferred). Experience in a workshop environment or basic mechanical knowledge (e.g., Diesel Mechanic, Fitter & Turner, Forklift Driver, or similar) is an advantage but not required. Ability to travel interstate as required. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug, alcohol, and physical fitness tests. Recent drug and physical tests (within the last 6 months) are acceptable if evidence is provided. Physically fit and capable of handling labour-intensive tasks. Strong commitment to safety and compliance with road transport and workplace regulations. Good communication and teamwork skills. What We Offer: $40 per hour pay rate.
