Key Responsibilities: Take charge of managing two trust accounts across two offices, ensuring seamless financial operations and compliance. Your day-to-day will include:Financial Management: Tenant rent receipting, daily reconciliations, bond reconciliation, and allocating unallocated funds. Landlord and Creditor Support: Handle disbursements twice weekly, process outgoings, and manage redirections. System and Data Management: Process ownership changes, adjust ledgers and rent, and maintain accurate owner, property, and creditor files in PropertyTree. Invoicing and Statements: Enter invoices, process payments, send client statements, and handle posting of remittances. End-of-Month Processes: Oversee mid-month and end-of-month tasks, including landlord payments, statement checks, and fee verifications. Reporting and Auditing: Submit detailed reports to management and perform system audits to ensure accuracy and compliance. Experience and Skills Required: NSW Real Estate Licence Trust Accounting Expertise – At least 2 years of hands-on experience with PropertyTree, specifically in trust accounting. Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members. Highly organized, with excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
