Job Description

The Opportunity Reporting to the Partner of Family Succession and Trustee Services, this role offers the chance to work with High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients on a range of diverse trusts and estates. You will collaborate with a skilled team focused on trust and estate administration services, playing a crucial role in executing the succession plans of some of Australia's most prominent families. What You’ll Do Trust & Estate Management : Oversee all aspects of Mutual Trust’s trustee, estate and attorney appointments to ensure high-level client service, compliance and consistency. Stakeholder Coordination : Act as the primary contact for trusts, estates and attorney appointments, liaising with tax specialists, external lawyers, beneficiaries, co-trustees and co-executors. Estate & Trust Administration : Manage estate and trust administration processes, handling day-to-day operations independently and addressing complex issues with management input. Estate Planning : Assist with strategic reviews of client estate plans, including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trust Deeds and corporate structures. Policy & Compliance Development : Contribute to the drafting, implementation and refinement of policies, precedents, procedures and manuals for trustee services. Business Growth & Strategy : Support the expansion of Trustee Services by contributing to strategy and business development initiatives. About You You're a motivated professional with: At least 3 years of experience in estate planning, trust, and estate administration. A degree in law, business, commerce, accounting or finance (preferred). A client-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify and convey complex information clearly. A collaborative approach, driven by a commitment to personal and professional growth.
