Career Opportunities: Turf Maintenance Officer (14398) Requisition ID 14398 - Posted - Environmental Sustainability and Open Spaces - Job Function (1) - Tenure Status (1) - Employment Status (1) Be a part of our enthusiastic Turf Team, based at Freeway Golf Course A little bit about the role Bring your extensive passion and experience in turf management to undertake day-to-day maintenance associated with the care of Boroondara’s Freeway Golf Course and 54 sportsgrounds. You will work with the in-house Turf Management Team to undertake a range of turf management and maintenance practices, including golf course and sports ground maintenance, cylinder mowing, tractor operations, renovation practices, spray applications and other skilled turf maintenance within agreed timelines. Operate a range of turf maintenance equipment, herbicide and fertiliser applications, irrigation maintenance and repairs, sports surface auditing, turf replacement, identify and proactively resolve turf issues and maintenance of plant and equipment.
