What You’ll Be Doing Creative Strategy – Develop content ideas that align with brand messaging, audience insights, and ad objectives. Ad Creative Development – Write compelling creative briefs and scripts for UGC creators & influencers , ensuring they execute high-performing ad content. Messaging & Storytelling – Craft strong hooks, clear value propositions, and engaging narratives that resonate with customers. Trend Spotting – Stay ahead of UGC, influencer, and paid social ad trends to create content that converts. Performance Optimization – Work closely with our team to refine creative based on ad performance insights and data. Who You Are Deep understanding of branding, performance marketing & audience psychology – You know how to craft messaging that speaks directly to a brand’s ideal customers and drives action. Strong creative thinking & ideation – You can turn a simple product into an engaging story or viral moment. Experience with UGC & influencer ad content – You’ve worked on creative concepts for TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Excellent writing & briefing skills – You can create detailed yet concise briefs that make it easy for creators to execute. Data-Driven Mindset – You understand the importance of ad performance metrics and can iterate on creative ideas based on results . Experience in direct response marketing or media buying is a must!
