About Us We have a great opportunity for a talented UI Designer to help us define and deliver our experience vision across our desktop and mobile applications. We are seeking a freelancer to help us on an initial 3-months engagement. With an extensive network of global financial and banking partners combined with the latest cutting- edge financial technology, we are able to facilitate swift, secure, and cost-effective payments seamlessly for customers all around the globe.Responsibilities As the UI Designer, you will create intuitive, visually appealing, and functional interfaces for our fintech applications across markets such as Australia and Japan. You will work closely with the development team and other stakeholders to ensure our digital products deliver exceptional aesthetics while maintaining industry standards for security and compliance. Design Thinking: Apply design thinking methodologies to create user-centered solutions for complex financial workflows. Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts and improve product interactions. Visual Design: Design aesthetically pleasing user interfaces that align with the company's branding and accessibility guidelines. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and ensure seamless integration of UI/UX designs for web and mobile platforms. Usability Testing: Plan and execute usability testing sessions to gather feedback and iterate on designs. Documentation: Create and maintain design system components, style guides, and best practices to ensure consistency across all products. Keep up with industry trends, tools, and best practices to innovate and improve existing designs. Requirements 3+ years of experience as a UI Designer, preferably in the fintech or technology industry. Degree in Design or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar. Understanding of iOS/Android design guidelines and proficiency in using prototyping tools. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts (preferred, not mandatory). Excellent communication and presentation skills.
