An exciting opportunity has arisen with the Commercial Data Insights team as a Business Partner and Insight Consultant aligning to the UK Commercial and Distribution business. A bit about the job: Build and maintain strong relationships with our own Data Insights team and the UK Commercial and Distribution Business Receive and interpret requirements from the UK Commercial and Distribution Business for discussion with the wider Data Insights team on approach, resourcing and managing expectations Utilise business knowledge to offer additional insights to the UK Commercial and Distribution business Assist with uplifting data literacy across the UK Commercial and Distribution business Support the business in the utilisation and adoption of self-serve data and insight across UK Commercial and Distribution Skills and experience we’re looking for: Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and decision-making skills Coding experience (e.g. SQL and Python or similar) Experience in using analytical data tools Relevant experience in a similar role or industry, experience of insurance or the financial industry is an asset What you’ll get for this role: Salary: Circa £30,000 National / Circa £40,000 London (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications). Bonus opportunity – 8% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
