URGENT HIRING: BOOKKEEPER - OFFICE ADMINISTRATION (Full-Time) We are looking for a highly skilled Bookkeeper - Office Administration to join our team on a casual full-time basis. If you have strong MYOB expertise, a keen eye for detail, and experience managing accounts in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Proficient in MYOB for bookkeeping, payroll, and reporting Prepare and lodge Quarterly BAS Handle Payroll data administration , including employee onboarding & timesheet management Process weekly wages, bank payments, and superannuation calculations Perform daily & weekly bank reconciliations General office administration tasks Understand and process building construction progress claims & retention Other administrative duties as required Key Skills & Attributes: Proficiency in MYOB with at least 3 years of experience in AR, AP & Payroll Strong MS Office 365 skills – Word, Excel, and Outlook Excellent customer service & communication skills Well-presented and confident in dealing with clients Highly organised, reliable, and committed Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in construction industry bookkeeping is an advantage Excellent attention to detail and accuracy If you meet the above criteria and are looking for a stable, long-term role in a growing company, apply now! #J-18808-Ljbffr
