Job Description
We are currently seeking a UX Researcher. You will play a crucial role in gathering user insights and conducting research to inform the design and development of innovative digital experiences. Responsibilities: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights. Analyze research data and present actionable insights to inform design decisions. Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and developers to ensure user-centered design practices. Manage multiple research projects simultaneously. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field. Proven experience conducting user research and usability testing, preferably in a digital product or service environment. Strong understanding of various research methodologies and techniques, including interviews, surveys, and user observations. Proficiency in using research tools such as UserZoom, Optimal Workshop, or similar platforms. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Passion for understanding user needs and translating them into effective digital experiences. Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
