About the Role Trilogy Care are seeking talented product designers to work on the Trilogy Care Portal as well as other digital applications. The ideal candidate will have experience working closely with product managers, front-end and back-end engineers on complex software development projects. Unless otherwise specified, all product design roles at Trilogy Care share the below requirements and responsibilities. Product knowledge: Working knowledge of the product you are assigned to Research: Conduct solution validation with guidance and incorporate insights into design decisions to fulfill user and business needs Deliverables: Create deliverables for the group(s) you support (for example: JTBD, UX Scorecards, competitive evaluations, user flows, low fidelity wireframes, high fidelity mock-ups, prototypes, and so on) that solve real user problems through the user experience Communication: Communicate the results of UX activities within your product area to the team, cross-functional teams, and other interested Trilogy Care team members using clear language that simplifies complexity. Usability: Proactively identify both small and large usability issues within the product. Iteration: Practice design iteration, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and team members Design system: Actively contribute to the design system by keeping design components available and up to date in prototyping tools, ensuring that reusable components fit visually and functionally together UI copy: Collaborate closely with stakeholders on microcopy and documentation suggestions Design reviews: Participate in design reviews, giving and receiving feedback in an appropriate way UX debt: Understand UX debt and make recommendations for its resolution with the help of a senior designer or manager You’ll contribute to and follow our workflow process, alongside the rest of the Product Designers and the Trilogy Care community as a whole. Qualifications and Requirements Professional experience working in a design-related role, preferably as a product designer Strong knowledge of usability and interaction design principles Knowledge and understanding of design systems theory and practice Experience utilizing modern design and collaboration tools Experience in conducting workshops, user interviews, and interacting with stakeholders in group and one-on-one settings Working knowledge of HTML and CSS Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, sufficient for success in a hybrid/remote and largely asynchronous work environment Demonstrated capacity to clearly and concisely communicate complex technical, architectural, and/or organizational problems and propose thorough iterative solutions, achieving consensus with peers Comfort working in a highly agile, intensely iterative software development process Demonstrated ability to onboard and integrate with an organization long-term Positive and solution-oriented mindset Self-motivated and self-managing, with great organizational skills Demonstrated ability to work closely with other parts of the organization Share our values, and work in accordance with those values Salary and Trilogy Benefits New and expansive King Street office with excellent facilities, close to multiple transport options, cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets.
