What We’re Looking For We’re seeking passionate undergraduate engineers eager to kick-start their careers. To be considered for this placement, you will: Be actively pursuing a degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and currently enrolled in Year 2 or 3 of your program. Demonstrate a strong academic record and a willingness to learn. Show excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills. Have effective communication and organisational abilities.
