This role is perfect for a nurse passionate about educational excellence and committed to nurturing the professional development of early career nurses. As an educational leader, you will play a key role in providing support, mentorship, and guidance to the Transition to Practice Team—a group of specialized educators who deliver high-quality education and support for both graduate and undergraduate nurses at Albury Wodonga Health (AWH). Key responsibilities include leading initiatives to promote continuous learning for nurses in Graduate Nurse programs, implementing strategies to foster collaboration with key internal and external educational stakeholders, and developing, implementing, and evaluating educational events for early career nurses. We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity: Current registration with the Australian Health Professionals Regulation Agency as a Registered Nurse Demonstrated recent and relevant experience in the development, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs utilising a range of learning modalities Extensive clinical experience. Post graduate education qualification (or other post graduate qualification with an education stream) or demonstrated commitment to work towards same.
