Used Car Sales Manager Northern Beaches Location Strong Career Potential Salary: $65k - $75k + Com + Car or C/A + Super Our client is a long established, multi-franchised new car dealership located in the northern beaches area of Sydney. They are seeking to appoint a Used Car Sales Manager to take charge of this vital area of their business. The dealership offers comfortable facilities, a friendly, happy working atmosphere, and the opportunity to earn an excellent income. Responsibilities: Manage the used car sales department effectively. Motivate and lead the sales team to achieve their highest potential. Maintain and improve customer satisfaction. Oversee financial and organizational aspects of the department. Minimum Requirements: Previous experience as a Used Car Sales Manager or senior assistant manager. Strong management, financial, organizational, and motivational skills. Excellent selling, closing, and people handling skills. Salary will consist of a retainer of $65k - $75k depending on previous experience, super, generous commission structure, and company vehicle or car allowance.
