You'll be tasked with leading the Used Car Sales Department in the position of Used Car Sales Manager . You'll help achieve budgeted volumes, gross profit and customer service benchmarks whilst expanding on available sales opportunities. With proven experience within a Sales Management position, you will harness your existing skills and experience to lead and motivate a team of Used Car Sales Consultants by example to ensure sales targets are reached and exceeded regularly. What we need from you: Have a proven track record in sales as well as leadership within the automotive industry. Have a great ability to build rapport and relationships with customers and employees. Have an in-depth understanding of the financial aspects of the business. Have the ability to create forecasts and analyse sales trends. A team-first mentality coupled with a strong work ethic. Excellent communication and time management skills. A proven track record of achieving sales targets. Well-presented and charismatic with an understanding and appreciation for the luxury market. A pro-active, positive and professional approach to achieving sales objectives. A current driver's licence.
