Trainer and Assessor for Early Childhood Education and Care, Individual Support, and ELICOS Courses Harbourside Institute of Australia is a fast-growing registered vocational education provider (RTO Code: 45530 CRICOS Code: 03670D) based in Sydney CBD. HIA is currently seeking Trainers and Assessors for CHC and ELICOS Courses to join our dynamic and dedicated team. Trainer and Assessor for Childcare courses and Individual Support CHC30121 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care CHC50121 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support The candidate needs to meet the ELICOS teacher's requirements. Trainer and Assessor Role Responsibilities Efficient and effective delivery of vocational courses across different timetables/shifts Efficient and effective assessing and marking of assessments Monitoring student progress and formal reporting of student results Optimising student engagement continuously Implement strategies to motivate student learning Maintain professional development and industry currency Participation in course validations Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation Adhere to teaching-related administrative tasks Any other related tasks as required by the Principal Selection Criteria TAE40116 or above VET Currency and Current Industry skills Continuing and verifiable professional development Sound knowledge of training packages and relevant regulations Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Have a passion for education and making a difference A positive attitude and professional work ethics Ability to work as part of a team and independently and proactively All applicants who meet the required criteria are highly encouraged to apply.
