We are seeking a VIE to join our team and support the Lean Management and Productivity initiatives on the Torrens to Darlington project. Key Responsibilities On-Site Tasks: Track and monitor productivity within the construction teams. Analyze site performance and provide real-time updates on project progress. Collect and organize data from various construction processes and report inefficiencies. Collaborate with site supervisors to suggest improvements based on data-driven insights. Office Tasks: Develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards using Power BI and other software tools. Process and analyze large sets of data to uncover insights that can drive productivity improvements. Collaborate with project teams to ensure data management processes are aligned with project goals. Support the development of reports and documentation for management and stakeholders. Your Profile Degree in Civil Engineering Years of Experience: 1 to 5 Site Engineer experience in the Construction sector Appetite for Data/Coding/Programming Strong experience with Power BI and other software Strong communication skills and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams Flexibility to adapt to both site and office environments Good oral and written skills in English.
