Your role with us: As a VIP Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our online casino, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our high-value players on Stake. Your role transcends the typical customer service position as you will be the ambassador of our casino. Your goal is not just to resolve issues, but to provide tailored solutions that go above and beyond their expectations, making each interaction a memorable experience. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will form the foundation of these connections. Building trust and rapport with our VIP players will be your daily mission, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated on a personal level. So how do we do this? As an online casino, all of our communication with our players is done through chat. For this reason, you'll need to have excellent written communication skills and the ability to express empathy and understanding through chat. Your hours and location of work are below: Mon - Friday - 9am - 2pm (Office)Mon - Friday - 9pm - 11pm (Home)Saturday: 9am - 2pm + 9pm - 11pm (Home) OR Sunday: 9am - 2pm + 9pm - 11pm What you will do: Develop and maintain trusted relationships with new and existing high value clients to determine existing and future business needs. Understand the client’s objectives and decision-making process and form long-term partnerships with individuals. Actively and successfully manage the assigned accounts from start to finish including managing and maintaining your relationship, ensuring all enquiries are followed through. Identify and grow opportunities within your client base and collaborate with the VIP to ensure maximum growth. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products, in line with customer needs and objectives. Analysis of client behaviours and overall value to the business. Make optimal use of communication tools such as chat room on site, email, Telegram and any additional platforms required to engage with VIP players. Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience. Collaborate with VIP Manager, Supervisor and Senior hosts to contribute to team development goals. What you will bring: Minimum 1 year experience working in a customer service environment. Excellent communication and writing skills are required. Sports and gambling knowledge is advantageous. Cryptocurrency knowledge is advantageous. Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira & Intercom. Some of the perks of working for us: EAP access for you and your family.
