As the Vice President of Sales for Australia you will be an inspirational leader, driving success and fulfillment in the country. You will lead our sales team, collaborate with customers, channel partners, and prospects, and match mission needs with Ivanti's cutting-edge technology solutions. About the Role: As the Vice President of Sales for ANZ, you will lead our efforts to grow business and activity throughout the region. This is a unique opportunity for an exceptional sales executive with a desire to drive change and evangelise new technologies. You will build and execute business plans and sales strategies, mentor the sales team, drive customer success, and analyse performance metrics to suggest improvements. To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have: Our ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of channel partner dynamics within ANZ. You will demonstrate experience in running complex, solution-based sales campaigns with large organisations, in a similar SaaS organisation. You will of course have experience in IT operations management , cybersecurity , endpoint management , and/ or asset detection You will be expert and able to; Develop and Execute Sales Strategy : Formulate and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. Team Leadership : Provide strong leadership and direction to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with organisational goals. Revenue Generation : Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, customer acquisition, and expansion initiatives. Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, efficient lead management, and timely follow-up to drive conversions. Customer Engagement : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs, and positioning our portfolio of SaaS solutions to address their challenges. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, leveraging insights to refine sales strategies and product positioning. Sales Process Optimisation : Continuously assess and refine the sales process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, customer success, and other departments to ensure alignment and cohesion across the organisation. Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure sales performance, track progress against targets, and provide regular reporting to executive leadership. Talent Development : Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to drive individual and team success. Customer Success Advocacy : Champion the importance of customer success throughout the sales process, ensuring a focus on delivering value and fostering long-term relationships. Compliance and Ethics : Ensure that sales activities adhere to legal and ethical standards, maintaining integrity and transparency in all dealings with customers and partners. Strategic Partnerships : Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market reach, drive customer acquisition, and enhance product offerings. Sales Technology Adoption : Evaluate, implement, and optimise sales technologies and tools to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and support data-driven decision-making. Continuous Learning : Stay updated on industry developments, emerging trends, and evolving customer needs, investing in ongoing learning and professional development to remain a subject matter expert in SaaS sales.
