As a Health & Safety Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive health and safety management system to ensure a safe and healthy work environment. Responsibilities: Develop and implement health and safety policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards to prevent injuries and illnesses. Investigate incidents and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with management and employees to promote a safety-first culture and encourage employee participation in health and safety initiatives. Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures and protocols. Monitor and report on health and safety performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health and Safety, or related field. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in health and safety management or related field. Professional certifications such as OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001, or equivalent. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, laws, and industry standards. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
