Mercedes-Benz Brighton, one of Melbourne's largest Authorised Mercedes-Benz Agents, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vans Sales Manager to lead our high-performing sales team. If you're enthusiastic, results-driven, and have a proven track record in automotive sales—particularly with vans—we want to hear from you. Position Overview: As the Vans Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance and managing a team dedicated to excellence. You will leverage your strong background in automotive sales and industry connections to exceed targets, build lasting customer relationships, and maintain our reputation for outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities: Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for Mercedes-Benz vans Identify and develop new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and networking Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the features and benefits of our vans Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to spot opportunities for growth Use market insights to shape sales strategies and enhance customer engagement Networking: Leverage existing connections and build new relationships within the automotive and business communities to generate leads Represent the dealership at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions Work closely with management, marketing, service, and finance teams to develop promotional campaigns and ensure a seamless customer experience Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels, and provide regular performance reports Key Qualities: Strong work ethic, high energy, and resilience Proven ability to identify and develop new sales opportunities Impeccable personal presentation and excellent communication skills Ability to multitask with keen attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications A background in automotive retail sales is a major advantage Requirements: Current Australian Driver Licence Willingness to undergo standard police checks What We Offer: Highly competitive remuneration package, including performance bonuses Company-supplied drive car 5-day working week (including Saturdays) Ongoing training and professional development Support from a dedicated management team Application Process: If you are ready to take the driver's seat and lead our van sales to new heights, please apply via SEEK with your current resume and a cover letter.
