Vehicle Inspector/Operations Officer - Acacia Ridge

We are looking for a reliable, customer-friendly and fast-learning individual to join our Operations team at our Acacia Ridge branch. Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm! You will mostly be working outdoors in our damaged vehicles yard and will work closely with your team to: Ensure all incoming damaged vehicles stock is catalogued (features and damage recorded), photographed and uploaded to our system accurately and within the required timeframes. Deliver outstanding customer service to vendors and buyers by cataloguing stock correctly and upon delivery of assets to buyers. Follow all WHS policies and procedures as required. Assist in the operation of a forklift when required. Assist other team members with their duties as required. Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the branch. ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience: Passion for cars, trucks & machinery, or experience in a similar role/industry will be highly regarded. Current & valid drivers' license with the ability to drive manual (essential). Forklift license advantageous, not essential. Basic computer skills/ability to use an iPad. Ability to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines. Ability to work as part of a team.
