A fantastic career opportunity exists for a Vehicle Service Advisor to join our CD Motor Group team. Due to brand growth, we are looking for a Full-Time Vehicle Service Advisor to join the awesome team at our Ferntree Gully Hyundai and Kia Dealership. The right person will be highly motivated, enthusiastic and driven to provide the best possible experience for our customers. Ideally, you will have previous Service Advising experience within automotive. You will have a professional strong work ethic, have an amazing attitude and the ability to communicate enthusiastically, clearly, concisely, and effectively. To be considered for this role you MUST: Be focused on the customer’s expectations Have the desire to consistently achieve Have a genuine interest in the automotive industry and a willingness to learn Be fluent in Microsoft Office platforms and know your way around a computer We would love it if you had: Previous Hyundai or Kia experience However, these are not stumbling blocks as we are looking for someone with the right ATTITUDE!! What will you be doing? As part of our Ferntree Gully Hyundai & Kia service front-of-house team, you will be liaising with multiple customers per day who are bringing their vehicles to us for service, maintenance, repairs and accessory fitting. You will be discussing their needs during their visit, liaising with them about the condition and progress of their vehicle during the course of the day and arranging collection once works are done. Keep in mind - Hyundai and Kia are hot brands with good quality products and long Capped Price Service programs, so our customers are already happy when they walk through the door for service!
