To meet our growing demands, we are looking for a Vendor and Licensing Service Owner to join our team. The Role: Reporting to the Business Systems & Improvements Manager , the purpose of the role is to define and support the operationalisation of the ICT vendor governance framework to deliver intended ICT service outcomes. Govern ICT licenses to maximise value from ICT license investments, optimise license spend, and manage licensing risks. This is a Brisbane based position and will require occasional travel to our field operations as required, with plenty of notice. In addition, you will: Demonstrate a personal commitment to consistently role model Arrow’s values, code of conduct, safety and the environment. Establish positive and productive working relationships with key stakeholders. Model inclusive behaviours to create a safe environment where different views and perspectives are encouraged and valued. Develop, through a collaborative approach, the ICT Vendor Governance framework for the integrated delivery of ICT services to protect and optimise value for Arrow. Support ICT Service Owners in the implementation and execution of the Vendor Governance framework to enhance ICT vendor contract performance and manage vendor risks. Manage data capture and reporting of ICT license performance information, including entitlements, consumption, and costs. Make recommendations for cost savings and/or contractual optimisation in alignment with business objectives by monitoring and analysing trends on ICT contracts. Ensure compliance against license terms and maximise value from license investments by tracking usage, managing timely license renewals and accurate payments, and facilitating corrective/improvement actions. About You You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to contribute to a high performing team with a second-to-none focus on safety and integrity. To be considered for this role, you will ideally have: ICT vendor management and governance experience. Direct work experience with IT procurement, contract management, and financial management. Understanding of IT licensing metrics. Solid working knowledge of current ICT technologies, including Cloud services and strong knowledge of ITIL. Strong familiarity and technical competence with SLA management. Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Experience leading technology negotiations. Experience working with offshore outsourced services is desirable. If you’re excited about this role however don’t meet all the criteria, we would still love to hear from you anyway.
