About the opportunity Join the Cardinia Cultural Centre (CCC) as a Venue Administration and Contract Officer, where you’ll play a pivotal role in managing venue operations and overseeing contracts. This role offers the chance to oversee exciting projects, including the transition to a new booking, invoicing, and payment software vendor, and make a lasting impact on our operations. You will make an impact by Supporting the team with quotations, hiring agreements, invoicing, payments, and account reconciliation. Liaising with CCC hirers and buy-ins, ensuring their event requirements are met. Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the CCC and managing stock requirements. Overseeing adherence to procedures and identifying improvements. Contributing to strategic planning, funding applications, and arts programming for CCC arts venues and creative industries programs and grants as required. This position will be required to work a rotational Tuesday - Saturday roster. What you will bring Experience in contract administration, including managing financial tasks such as invoicing, payments, and account reconciliation. Experience in managing venue operations, including event setup, logistics, and maintaining safety standards. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Proficiency in using administrative and performing arts centre software. Capability to support strategic planning and funding applications. Experience in budgeting processes and ability to oversee and deliver projects. Why work with us Activity based and hybrid work model.
