With a large Sports Bar, multiple dining spaces, a Rooftop & a huge function room, this venue was designed for all punters! We're seeking a high-energy VM who is passionate about our customer experience at a premium level. A VM who can execute activations, build strong relationships with DJs & promoters, loves a bit of footy, and is keen to develop their team. As Venue Manager, you'll orchestrate the day-to-day operations of our multifaceted venue. We're in search of an individual with a proven track record in managing large-capacity venues, adept at team leadership, and skilled in cultivating and nurturing strong management teams. What's on Offer: Generous Salary $100,000 - $110,000 + Super Quarterly KPI Bonus - $44,000 P/A Opportunity to join Australia’s fastest-growing hospitality business with opportunities on an international scale. Autonomous role with boundless central and on-the-ground support. Mobility opportunities: 200+ venues and growing. Minimum Requirements: 2+ years of Venue Management experience Experience working in an Entertainment focused venue Experience within the hospitality industry, food, product knowledge Experience in a high-turnover customer service environment Demonstrated experience in business development and strategic hospitality management Demonstrated team and leadership skills Good interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to learn and change Have a market awareness and trend analysis relevant to food and beverage in the area & industry Be able to implement and execute promotions throughout the business successfully State based qualifications RSA & Approved Managers Licence We value the diversity of our employees' experiences, talents, and cultures.
