Add expected salary to your profile for insights Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Venue Manager to join our team and oversee two Darebin stadiums (Narrandjeri Stadium and Darebin Community Sports Stadium - DCSS). Our 900 plus team are based at our sites across VIC, QLD NSW and WA. Across the City of Darebin, Clublinks manages 5 major Sports and Leisure venues including the Northcote Aquatic and Recreation Centre (NARC), Narrandjeri Stadium, Darebin Community Sports Stadium (DCSS), Bundoora Park Public Golf Course and Northcote Public Golf Course. Combined, the Darebin team of over 350 staff facilitate 1.5m visitations through the doors of the venues annually. The Role Reporting to the Darebin Group Manager, the Stadiums Manager will lead a diverse team of 25+ across both Narrandjeri Stadium and Darebin Community Sports Stadium (DCSS) to deliver exceptional customer experiences, oversee daily operations and spearhead strategic growth initiatives. You build and maintain exceptional relationships with others and excel in Getting *#it done. Your proactive approach has been key to your success in building and developing awesome teams and hitting operational targets and KPI’s. Other skills and experience we are looking for are: Proven experience in managing facilities across the Sports and Leisure industry Exceptional people leadership skills including developing high performing teams, mentoring and coaching Proven ability to work and perform in a high-paced, active environment Solid financial and business acumen Contractor and stakeholder management experience A proven track record of results Exceptional communication skills Sound knowledge of health and safety legislation Current First Aid and CPR Certificate Working with Children Check and National Police Check Tertiary qualification in Recreation / Sport / Health / Business Management advantageous but not essential Please do not delay in sending through your application with a cover letter and your current resume.
