We are seeking an individual with an exuberant and outgoing personality, with experience in: Leading a team of SUPER outgoing team members Managing an entertainment, sporting or hospitality venue Building and training new teams Customer facing roles About the Role Lead day-to-day operations of our venue on the Gold Coast, including rostering, ordering and pumping up your team. This is largely a floor-based role. We don't sit behind desks all day. Meeting venue revenue and expense targets. A great bonus scheme rewards hitting and exceeding these targets. Coordinate and bring corporate events to life. Hiring, training and developing your team members to run fun and engaging sessions is a priority. Going above and beyond for our guests to create memories. Ensure operating procedures are implemented for all key venue activities to ensure compliance, cleanliness and productivity. Ensure optimal stock levels and shrinkage controls are in place to reduce losses. Liaise and collaborate with a national leadership team.
