The Role: As our Venue Manager , you will be at the helm of daily operations, leading a passionate team to deliver unforgettable guest experiences. This is a hands-on role that combines leadership, strategic planning, and a love for the hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring seamless service across all areas. Lead, train, and inspire a team of front-of-house and kitchen staff. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase profitability, and enhance guest satisfaction. Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure compliance with financial targets. Oversee rostering, staff management, and recruitment. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with licensing regulations. Build strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and stakeholders. Organize and manage events to maximize venue usage and revenue. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Venue Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar role in a high-volume venue. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and KPIs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Knowledge of licensing laws, food safety, and WHS standards. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
