Venue Manager / Restaurant Manager Full timeGeographe Bay Brewing Co Pty Ltd t/a Shelter BrewingHospitality & Tourism$80,000 - $90,000Love beer?Love working by the beach every day?Passionate about food and hospitality?Then the Shelter hospitality team would like to hear from you.About The Business Geographe Bay Brewing Co Pty Ltd Shelter Brewing sits proudly at the foot of the famous Busselton Jetty, providing beer, food, and a good time to locals and long weekenders alike.Key Responsibilities Day to day organization of running the front of house Supervising, selecting & training team members Maintain adherence to and auditing of OH&S and Food Hygiene procedures Managing restaurant’s stock control and orders Weekly Rosters and Cash reconciliations Ensuring standards and staff policies are met Assist chefs with menu planning Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service Leadership skill and the ability to drive and motivate the team Ensuring that our focus is always on the guest and their experience Required Experience And Skills At least 3 years Restaurant Manager experience or relevant qualification and 2 years experience Demonstrated ability to resolve issues and work under pressure Financial management capabilities with the ability to manage budgets and wage costs Proven Ability to create ideas for marketing and advertising and to continually improve the FOH operation Great communication skills both with customers and staff.
