Full Time – Brisbane We’re seeking an energetic, determined and dynamic full-time Venue Partnerships Manager in Brisbane who is passionate about the hospitality industry. You’ll collaborate with partners to expand our understanding of ways we can support them, and deliver value through operational management to drive growth and help our venues maximise their revenue generation through one of Payo’s many services. This role will follow a hybrid working model. What you’ll do: Identify and communicate our product’s value proposition to the key stakeholders of the business to allow a long-term, sustainable position within our partnership relations Build effective and trusted relationships with Partners and deliver on or exceed retention goals and be their key point of contact Develop and maintain product knowledge for Payo’s suite of products, and stay on top of all new enhancements to advise external stakeholders on adding maximum value Proactively spot and remove roadblocks that could affect customer satisfaction or retention and communicate feedback to ensure we are continually focusing on improving the client’s experience Initiate field visits to venues for onboarding and ensuring full adoption of Payo’s products provide a smooth user experience Ideally you’ll bring: Previous experience in a similar role or within the hospitality industry Ability to learn quickly and proactively initiate action to fill any knowledge gaps in a dynamic environment Highly collaborative way of working, making good use of feedback loops and rallying all relevant parts of the organisation around driving customer success A people person!
