Venue Supervisor - Carlton At Ms Frankie, we’re passionate about delivering a casual yet attentive dining experience through simple, honest, and traditional food that brings people together. We’re looking for a driven and motivated individual who can support the team in delivering exceptional service, managing day-to-day operations, and creating unforgettable guest experiences. As a Venue Supervisor, you’ll: Support the day-to-day operations of the restaurant floor. Train and develop FOH and bar staff to deliver exceptional service. Manage reservations and respond promptly to customer inquiries. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service. Monitor and maintain stock levels for smooth operations. Implement and uphold Ms Frankie’s brand standards and 'Playbook'. Assist with large group bookings and events. Actively contribute to achieving venue sales targets. We’re looking for someone who has: Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality and at least 1 year in a supervisory role or higher. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Intermediate knowledge of wine and cocktails. A positive, energetic, and can-do attitude. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
