The Opportunity We are excited to offer a full-time position for a dedicated Small Animal Veterinarian to join our team on a 4-day workweek. In this role, you’ll deliver personalized and professional care to our patients and their owners. Our Ideal Candidate: Bachelor of Veterinary Science or equivalent qualification Current or eligibility for a VIC Veterinary Board Registration Two years working in a veterinary clinic – both consultative and surgical preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Calm, compassionate, and professional demeanour Attention to detail and excellent time management Responsible, organised, self-directed and hard-working Benefits: A competitive salary of $100,000 - $120,000 per annum plus superannuation (depending on experience) Paid annual vet board registration, radiation licence (50% paid for part time) Paid VIN membership Generous CPD allowance and paid study leave A unique bonus/equity opportunity For overseas candidates - Sponsorship is available + relocation assistance Mental Health & Wellbeing are a priority, and we understand that work life balance is vital.
