Head/Vice President of Sales – Australia NETSOL Technologies is a leading provider of innovative software solutions to the finance and leasing industry worldwide. With a strong presence in Australia, we empower our clients with cutting-edge technology to streamline their operations, enhance efficiency, and drive business growth. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head/Vice President of Sales to lead our sales efforts and further expand our market share in Australia. The Head/Vice President of Sales – Australia will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and market penetration in the Australian region. This leadership position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the finance and leasing industry, a strong network of contacts within the Australian market, and a proven track record of building and leading high-performance sales teams. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market share in Australia. Identify key market segments, verticals, and target customers, and devise strategies to penetrate and capture market opportunities. Directly engage with key clients and prospects to drive sales closures and foster long-term relationships. Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to drive individual and team success. Set clear performance targets and KPIs, and establish accountability measures to track and monitor sales performance. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the sales team. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders. Understand client needs and pain points, and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions to address their business challenges. Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expansion within existing client accounts. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities. Develop business development initiatives, including strategic partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures, to drive market expansion. Stay abreast of industry developments, regulations, and technological advancements to ensure our solutions remain competitive and relevant. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion. Deep understanding of the Australian finance and leasing market, including key players, market dynamics, and regulatory environment. Proven ability to build and manage high-performance sales teams, with a focus on driving results, fostering collaboration, and developing talent. Strong network of contacts within the Australian finance and leasing industry, including banks, financial institutions, leasing companies, and dealerships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders at all levels.
