Vice President - City of Melbourne - ClearCompany Vice President of Investment Banking and M&A A senior investment banking professional is sought to join a leading independent investment bank with a strong client base and impressive deal pipeline. With a focus on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory services, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields, including experience working with private and listed companies in the Australian market. Key Responsibilities: Lead complex investment banking transactions from financial analysis to deal structuring and transaction documentation. Mentor and manage a team of investment banking professionals, fostering their growth and development. Build strong client relationships through strategic advice and tailored financial solutions. Develop and present comprehensive financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and assess risks. Collaborate with senior executives to develop transaction strategies and drive business growth. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications highly desirable. Proven track record of executing complex transactions in investment banking or related fields. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly. In-depth knowledge of financial modelling, valuation techniques, and transaction execution. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset. $150,000 - $250,000 per annum, depending on experience.
