The Vice President of Sales โ€“ APAC will lead a regional team of professionals to develop and execute channel and customer strategies, aggressively growing sales, customer base, and market share in the Network Visibility Market. Responsibilities: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive business growth. Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales and margin objectives. Provide timely and accurate sales and financial forecasting. Build a world-class sales team focused on sales excellence. Establish goals and objectives for the team, measuring and monitoring performance. Drive results through exceptional leadership skills and champion a culture of continuous improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related discipline required, MBA preferred. 10+ years previous sales management experience. Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategy and grow revenue. Business development and sales experience. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to travel across the region. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Sales growth and market penetration. Operating margins. Maintain market and competitor intelligence. Partnership with marketing through sales enabling marketing plans. Revenue projections, pipeline forecasts, and lead and prospect reports. Opportunity to build a world-class sales team.
