As the Vice President of Engineering, you will be a pivotal leader responsible for guiding Engineering and Architectural design across Enterprise-scale technology initiatives. You will lead, inspire, and empower a highly-skilled, geographically distributed team to deliver cutting-edge digital transformation solutions, with a focus on Data, AI, Cloud, and DevOps. Your Impact: Lead Engineering Excellence : Oversee the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-grade technology solutions, with a focus on AI, Cloud, DevOps, and Data platforms. Ensure seamless integration, performance, scalability, security, and reliability of systems. Drive Business Transformation: Leverage your expertise in cloud-enabled Data/AI platforms to lead Publicis Sapient’s pivot towards more AI/data-driven transformations, enabling clients to unlock new business value through modern technologies. Client Leadership: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior clients and industry leaders. Your ability to sell and articulate technical strategies will open doors and cement Publicis Sapient’s position as a trusted advisor in AI, Data, Cloud, and DevOps solutions. Team Leadership: Lead a team of Engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Your team will be motivated and equipped to tackle complex client challenges through cutting-edge engineering and design principles. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders to align on strategy, vision, and execution. Work with business units across FS, Retail, and Government sectors to drive cross-functional value. Your Skills & Experience: Engineering Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale engineering teams with the ability to build and guide cross-functional, globally distributed teams. Cloud and Data Expertise: Deep knowledge in Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Data platforms, including architecture, security, and data governance. Experience working with modern data architectures (lakehouse, medallion, Data as a Service). Technical Strategy and Delivery: Proven track record in leading technical architecture, design, and development for large-scale enterprise solutions across AI, Data, Cloud, and DevOps environments. Client Engagement: Strong communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and advise C-level executives and business leaders. Experience with consultative selling and developing client strategies across industries like Financial Services, Retail, and Government. Hands-on Technologist: Solid experience with DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and modern development practices (e.g., Microservices, API integration, Java, Python, Scala, NoSQL databases). AI & Data Transformation: Practical experience leading AI/data transformations and scaling systems at an enterprise level. Understanding of the broader ecosystem, from machine learning pipelines to AI governance and security protocols. Consulting Experience: Prior experience in a consulting or services environment, managing complex client relationships and driving digital engineering projects to completion. Why Join Us?
