What You’ll Do Drive operational excellence by leading and developing the construction team, managing workforce planning, and monitoring key performance indicators. Ensure compliance with HSE obligations, implement best-practice safety measures, and collaborate with senior leadership to foster a high-performing culture. Participate in strategic decision-making to improve efficiency and maintain alignment with business objectives. What You’ll Bring Extensive experience in residential construction leadership, with a strong understanding of site management, safety regulations, and financial oversight. Proven ability to manage and mentor teams, optimise resources, and drive performance improvements.
